This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through No Context Clothing
1. 30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at nocontextclothingshop@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
2. EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union and qualifies as a distance contract, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly within the 14-day period by email at nocontextclothingshop@gmail.com.
If you withdraw from the contract, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to withdraw.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
This policy does not limit your legal rights regarding faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
• Custom products such as special orders or personalized items.
• Personal care goods such as beauty products.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept voluntary returns for sale items or gift cards.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For voluntary returns under our 30-day policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we state otherwise.
For EU withdrawal returns, return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the information provided before purchase.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

8. Return Process

10. Legal Notice
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If there is any conflict between this policy and mandatory consumer law, the law will prevail.
